Our Warranty
At Coastal Shield Window we proudly guarantee all of our windows and doors for as long as you own your home if a manufacturing defect arises, we will repair or replace the affected part or material at no charge our warranty also covers water, leaks or necessary adjustments for any window or door installed. Ensuring long lasting performance and craftsmanship however, this warranty does not transfer to the new owners and applies only to the original purchaser while resigning in the property if materials in and around the window or door opening or altered in any way beyond routine, use Coastal Shield Window, LLC reserves the right to charge for repairs.
This Warranty does not cover routine maintenance, cleaning beyond three (3) days after installation, or caulking beyond the initial application and curing of
three (3) days. Additionally, it excludes issues caused by acts of God, fire, war, civil unrest, misuse or abuse. Condensation on the exterior of windows is considered normal and a sign of proper functionality. We also cannot cover materials used
against our recommendations, such as pressure treated lumber instead of PVC or James Hardie Board. These exclusions ensure that our warranty applies only to manufacturing defects or installation issues within our control.
To Ensure coverage, any issues must be reported to Coastal Shield Window, LLC immediately upon discovery failure to respond report promptly may forfeit the warranty coverage for ancillary or related damages by maintaining prompt communication and trusting our professional guidance you can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with Coastal Shield’s high-quality materials and meticulous craftsmanship.
